Looking at the business needs and opportunities to expand, we established our first customer service center in June 2001. Currently we have an upgraded centralized customer service center, which is equipped with the latest technology to cater for growing business requirements.
We are committed to ensure that our delivery segment is strengthened by providing speed and hot on time services to each customer through our customer service center.
Distribution Center
To cater the current business demand, we built a state of the art facility for dry and frozen products to be serviced to all our business units. This facility is equipped with the latest warehousing MHE’s (Material Handling Equipment’s), with new technology of using Eutectic Plate mechanism into our freezer/chiller trucks, which keeps our truck temperature as per the required settings.
With the multiple fleets of dry, frozen and ambient trucks, we cater to all our business units with excellence.
Dough Commissary
Our facility allow us to produce the highest quality dough centrally and let our team members focus on the customer service.
Central Kitchen
To cater the increasing demand of the volumes of different menu products, we set up a state of the art facility for Central Kitchen, which caters the whole range of finished menu products to ensure that our intention of being the best food brand is achieved. Equipped with the whole range of automated equipment’s for food, dessert and vegetable production, the facility is in made to a controlled food safety location.
